The Town of Clayton has finalized a comprehensive update to its Manual of Standard Specifications and Details (MSSD). This document serves as the foundation for infrastructure construction and development standards throughout the Town.
The MSSD ensures consistency in construction practices to protect public health, safety, and welfare while promoting reliable and uniform development across the community.
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
- All new project submittals accepted for review on or after January 1, 2025, must comply with the updated 2025 MSSD.
- All projects that have not yet received an approved Construction Drawing notice, regardless of their submittal cycle, are requested to reference the updated specifications and details and incorporate them into the project plan set.
