FluoroFusion Conditional Rezoning, 2024-140-CZM

Request to rezone approximatively 3.88 acres of land from the Heavy Industrial (HID) to the Conditional Industrial (CZI) zoning district. The Concept Plan includes two buildings to be constructed in two phases and features a 100-foot distillation tower, which exceeds the maximum permitted height of 60 feet in the district, as specified in UDO Section 3.2.6. The proposed use is Heavy Manufacturing, as defined in UDO Section 4.3.82NC PIN:  167700-59-3446
