2. The Town of Clayton is committed to managing stormwater responsibly to protect property, prevent flooding, and preserve water quality in our community.

   Our Engineering Department monitors drainage systems, runoff concerns, and waterway impacts throughout Town limits. Use this form to report general stormwater issues such as erosion, sediment runoff, illicit discharges, or drainage concerns not related to a specific storm drain on a Town maintained road. For storm drain concerns, please fill out our Report a Damaged or Clogged Storm Drain form.
