The Board of Adjustment serves to interpret the Town’s ordinances and polices for unique situations or special cases.

Board of Adjustment

The Board decides whether to grant variances - deviations from what the Town's ordinances allow. The Board is also responsible for Administrative Appeals. The Board is a “quasi-judicial” board, which means the Board’s power is above that of the code enforcement officer, but below that of the court system. Here is the 2021 schedule of meetings.
