New & Improved Online Utility Portal Ready for Use!

Starting at 2 p.m. on Monday, January 21, 2019, Town of Clayton customers are now able to create unique, easier-to-remember usernames and passwords for our 24-7 online utility system.  Formerly, users were forced use their lengthy account number and name EXACTLY as listed on their utility bill, including any spaces, dashes or other characters.

EVERYONE will be prompted to create a NEW personalized username and password. Just head to the online Utilities & Billing page and follow these four simple steps.

STEP 1: Click “Create User Profile”

STEP 2Enter your usual sign-in information one last time. It's your Account Number and Full Name exactly as they appear on your monthly bill. Click “CONFIRM ACCOUNT”.

STEP 3: Once your account is confirmed, you can create a NEW (easier to remember!) username and password.  The username & password will be unique to each utility account.

STEP 4: A confirmation request will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Open the email and click the confirmation. You'll should see the activation message below and you'll be ready use the online portal as normal! View your bill, check out your consumption, go through your account history, or pay a bill.
