Welcome the Town of Clayton, North Carolina

Town Facilities CLOSED Monday for Memorial Day

05/23/2019

All Town of Clayton facilities will be closed Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day. Emergency police, fire and rescue services may be reached by calling 9-1-1.

All Star Waste will NOT run garbage, recycling or yard waste routes on Memorial Day!

Monday residents collected Tuesday.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday residents may be collected up to ONE day later than your normal day, so still get those carts to the curb the night before your regularly-scheduled day because All Star catches up fast and will not come back for containers rolled out late! All Star may come by on your usual day, or the day after. When in doubt, leave it out!

Facility closures include Hocutt-Ellington Memorial Library, the Clayton Community Center, The Clayton Center and Town Hall — including our Utilities & Billing department. The Library and Clayton Community Center will be open their normal hours on Saturday and Sunday, May 25 & 26th.

Looking to get outside over the holiday weekend? All of our Town parks will be open as usual.
