Please fill out this application for our Medical Seal program so that you’ll be given high priority to have your services restored in the event of storms and other unplanned outages.

The Town of Clayton provides service to residents and businesses within the Town limits.  Some areas of the Town of Clayton do not receive all services from the Town of Clayton.  You may need to contract with other organizations to receive service.  Not sure if you live in our service area?  Call us at 919-553-5002.  If you do not live in our service area, you may need to call one or more of the following providers:
