The book drop is back open for you to return books and materials checked out prior to our COVID-19 closure and now you can also pick-up books curbside!

Following guidance from health officials, Hocutt-Ellington Memorial Library will continue to be closed until further notice. This is an effort to protect vulnerable members of our community and prevent the spread of this pandemic. All programs and activities are canceled until further notice. 

While our doors will be closed, our online library is always open with hundreds of eBooks, audio books and more! Go to our OverDrive library, our e-iNC library and our special NC children's online library Town residents can click here to sign up for a FREE library card remotely and get full access to our online catalog!
