More… This application must be completed and submitted by contractors/developers planning to implement a temporary lane, road, and/or sidewalk closure on any road (Town or NCDOT) within the Town of Clayton (Town) corporate limits. Temporary Lane, Road, and Sidewalk closures shall only be permitted during off-peak hours, unless special approval is granted. Peak-hours are defined as 7am – 9am and 4pm – 6pm, Monday thru Friday. This form must be completed and submitted no less than three business days prior to anticipated work for Town staff to review, approve, and notify affected citizens and emergency services.Less…
