  • Water System Consultant
    The Town of Clayton is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms interested in providing Water System Analysis and Consulting Services. This following is a list of desired services that the selected Consultant is expected to successfully performs. This is not intended to be all- inclusive, nor is it guaranteed that all of the below tasks will be utilized. A more defined Scope of Work will be developed during negotiation with the selected firm. The Town reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to expand or limit the work based on funding availability or shifting priorities of the Town.
     
  • Owner's Advisor Professional Services
    The Town of Clayton is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from firms interested in providing Owner’s Advisor Professional Services to include project management, engineering design, permitting assistance, contract administration, construction administration, and inspection of a new ±6 Million Gallons per Day (MGD) Water Reclamation Facility and associated regional infrastructure.  It is the Town’s intention to utilize engineers, construction professionals, inspectors, and support personnel qualified through this RFQ to assist in managing the program of projects associated with the Water Reclamation Facility project.

  • New Neuse River Water Reclamation Facility Request for Proposals UPDATED
    Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute § 143-128.1B (Design-build bridging contracts), the Town of Clayton is soliciting proposals from qualified design-build firms or teams experienced with wastewater treatment facility infrastructure to provide land surveying, design, permitting, construction, and commissioning services for the construction of a new 6 million gallons per day (“MGD”) water reclamation facility.  A non-mandatory pre-Proposal meeting will be held on February 1, 2021 at 1:30 p.m.-3:00 p.m. in the Town Council chamber which is located at 111 East Second Street, Clayton NC.  Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. on March 4, 2021.  See link(s) below for additional information.
