Welcome the Town of Clayton, North Carolina

The Clayton Harvest Festival is always a rain or shine event, but this year, it's facing an uncertainty like never before in the history of this Clayton tradition. The Clayton Chamber of Commerce and the Shindig is monitoring developments related to COVID-19 and they will post any changes/cancellations at ClaytonHarvestFestival.com

The Clayton Harvest Festival is 5 days of fun planned for October 28 through November 1. The Chamber estimates approximately 30,000 people fill Downtown Clayton for this annual weekend of fun for the entire family. At the time of this writing, large scale events are being prohibited due to the worldwide pandemic.

The festival incorporates events such as carnival rides, LIVE music, games, an awe-inspiring military plane fly-over, the Squealin’ on the Square BBQ competition, Johnston County's largest vendor fair, a classic car show, school band performances, a family movie night, a kid’s hot dog creation contest, and the second annual Latin American Festival.
