The Town of Clayton will hold an open house on Monday, March 27, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall to receive community input on a master plan for the development of a 120-acre property at the southeast corner of Loop Road and Covered Bridge Road.
The future development of the property will include Town public safety and operations facilities along with recreation facilities.
Surveys to determine community recreation preferences will be provided at this public meeting in addition to an inventory / analysis of the property and its immediate surroundings.
Residents are encouraged to come by Town Hall (located at 111 E. Second St.) anytime between 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to review information and speak directly with town staff and the consultants for the project, WithersRavenel.
Following the meeting, project information and the survey will be posted on the Town’s website for continued input.
