New Shopping Center Coming to Pritchard Road

The Planning Board has approved a Site Plan for a 49,717-sq.-ft. shopping center to be built on a 9.6-acre tract located on the east side of Pritchard Road at the intersection with Riverwood Athletic Club Blvd.

To be called The Market at Riverwood, the new shopping area will include a pedestrian crosswalk at the intersection. In addition, Pritchard Road will be widened to include another full travel lane along the project frontage and turn lanes at driveway points.
