Teen HipHop Dance Class Beginning Oct. 14
The Parks & Recreation Department has a new Hip Hop Dance Class for teens beginning next week at the new Clayton Community Center on Amelia Church Road.
The class is open to both residents and non-residents, and Community Center membership discounts apply. Registration is being handled at the Community Center.
Here's what the promotional material says about a the new class: "This six week class teaches rhythm, musicality, coordination, and age appropriate hip hop technique/choreography. This is a high energy, fast, and fun dance class that requires no previous dance experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers."
The class begins Thursday, Oct. 14 at 4 pm and continues for six weeks. The cost is $20 for residents and $35 for non-residents.
