"Teen Night" for Middle Schoolers Jan. 7

The Parks & Recreation Department has scheduled a "Teen Night" for Middle Schoolers Jan. 7 at the new Clayton Community Center, featuring basketball, a movie, music and more.

The cost is $5 per student with registration at the Community Center by Friday, Dec. 17.

"It gives teens a place to go and hang out with their friends where their parents feel comfortable," said Program Coordinator Matt Lorion. "It's another way we can put our new facilities to good use."

Teen Night will begin at 6:30 pm and end at 9 pm. Students must be picked up at or before 9 pm. No one will be allowed to walk home.

The Department will furnish drinks and snacks.
