Softball League Registration Begins June 6

It's time to start signing up for local softball leagues.

Registration for Adult Men's Softball, Adult Coed Softball and Girls Fall Fast-Pitch Softball begins June 6 through the Parks & Recreation Department. For complete details, please contact the Department at 553-1551.

The Adult Men's and Adult Coed Softball registration, for those 18-years-of-age and older, will be held June 6-30. Packets are available at the Department office. The cost per team is $550, plus an extra $40 each for any non-residents. A minimum of four teams is required to form a league. The season will run from August through October.

Girls Fall Fast-Pitch Softball registration, for girls ages 7 through 18 (as of 1/1/12), will be held June 6-24. Forms are available at the Department office and online at the Department's section of the town's website at www.townofclaytonnc.org or by clicking here. The cost is $25 each for residents and $60 each for non-residents. Completed forms with payment should be delivered to the Department office or mailed by June 24 to PO Box 879, Clayton NC 27528. The season will run from mid-August through October.
