Rec Department Offers "Parent's Night Out"
Need a night out away from the kids? Or maybe just a chance to get some shopping done by yourself?
The Parks & Recreation Department is here to help with a new program called "Parent's Night Out."
The first "Night Out" is coming up Friday, Nov. 5. Parents can drop off their children at the new Clayton Community Center from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and have a couple of hours to themselves while the children play games, run around in the new gymnasium or watch movies.
The cost is $10 for the first child and $5 for each additional child. The program is open to children in Kindergarden through fifth grade. Please register at the Community Center by Oct. 29.
