Medical Office Complex Coming to NC 42

The Town Council has cleared the way for construction of a new medical office complex on NC Highway 42 near Johnston Medical Center - Clayton.

The new "Health Park at 42 West," a 61,467 sq.ft complex of medical as well as general office space, is slated to be built on an 8.67-acre tract directly across from the hospital. Plans call for four single-story buildings.
