The work of two highly lauded Raleigh artists will be on display during November at the Clayton Center.
Dianne Rodwell, a founding member of Raleigh's famous Artspace, works in oil, Watercolor, acrylics, metal and mixed media.
Her paintings are part of permanent collections at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, Duke University Medical Center, the Greater Raleigh Visitors Bureau, SAS, and GlaxoSmithKline. She was last year's "Woman of the Year in the Arts" in her native Warren County.
Computer Artist M. Blair Ligon has won more than 20 awards for his artwork, including first place for Digital Media in Artist's Magazine's International Online Competition.
His part of the exhibit contains some very unusual and beautiful pieces. His art and design clients include IBM, General Foods, the NC Museum of History, International Paper, Progress Energy and the UCLA Medical School.
