Clayton Police Sgt. Kenneth L. Lunger Jr., last year's "Police Officer of the Year," has been promoted to Lieutenant.
He will be assigned to the "C" Squad of the Patrol Division.
"We're very proud of the job Lt. Lunger has been doing for the Town of Clayton," said Chief Glen B. Allen.
