Woman's Club & Student Art on Display

Art from the annual Woman's Club of Clayton Clubwomen and Student Art Festival will be on display during January at the Clayton Center.

The exhibit includes the art of more than 70 students from two middle and four high schools in Johnston County--Clayton Middle School, Riverwood Middle School, Clayton High School, Cleveland High School, Corinth Holders High School and West Johnston High School.

The exhibit is free and open to the public.

A free "meet the artists" reception for all the artists has been scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 5 at the Center. Everyone is invited.

Fifteen adult artists, all members of Clayton Visual Arts, will display their work separately. The exhibition includes the work of Ramona Cash, Dorothy Demboski, Frank Dziepak, John W. Farr IV, Carolyn Howard, John McFadden, Toni Murgas, Missy Naum, Kathleen Nobles, Gail O’Neil, Heidi Lee Peach, Janie Prete, Don W. Stephenson, Linda Strevig and Jo Tucker.
