Hammett Appointed to Arts Advisory Board

Jessica Hammett, the former director of the Johnston County Arts Council, has been appointed to fill a vacancy on the Public Arts Advisory Board.

Her term will expire at the end of 2013.

Hammett, who replaces Lara Perry, has also worked with the Ava Gardner Museum and served on the Johnston County Tourism Authority and the Downtown Smithfield Development Board.
