Downtown "Master Plan" Available Online

The recently updated "Downtown Master Plan & Design Guidelines," an important tool for those interested in investing downtown, is now available online.

“This is a good, useful tool to move downtown Clayton forward with public and private investment," said Downtown Development Association Design Committee Chair Boo Carver.

The new document includes updated maps, background, design and architectural guidelines, though much of the original 2001 plan remains intact. It offers quick access to information helpful to future property owners, investors and developers.
