DDA Makes Finding Downtown Property Easy
Interested in looking around downtown Clayton for some property to buy?
If so, the Downtown Development Association (DDA) is making it easy to find.
The Association unveiled a new online "Available Properties in Downtown Clayton" listing this week that's linked to the Downtown Clayton website at www.downtownclayton.org under "Helpful & Interesting Links." The list can be found directly at http://downtownpropertylisting.blogspot.com/
"This new method provides better accessibility for potential business owners or investors looking for property in downtown Clayton," said Downtown Development Coordinator Bruce Naegelen. "The previous method, posting a PDF file online, was a bit clunky and difficult to keep up with."
The listing is intended for informational purposes only, Naegelen said, since the DDA is not a broker and doesn't represent any property or business owners. For more information, please contact Naegelen at (919) 553-1545 or bnaegelen@townofclaytonnc.org
The DDA is a non-profit organization formed to coordinate revitalization work in the historic downtown district. It advocates and provides business improvement services, administers incentives for downtown improvements and organizes several special events, including the Town Square Concert Series, Millstock Music & Art Faire, Oktoberfest and the Christmas Village & Tree Lighting.
