Poster Art Collection Moved to High-Traffic Area
The town's collection of art from the annual Poster Contest, including Kizlena Ray's "Sam Robertson and Tractor," has been moved to the second floor landing of The Clayton Center near Customer Services.
Center Executive Director Heidi Stump said town officials believe that the high-traffic area will be a better spot.
"The art was moved so that it may be more readily enjoyed and viewed by the public," she said. "We invite everyone to drop by and see this spectacular collection."
The collection now hangs on the second floor government landing, just outside the elevator and right before the entrance to the hallway to Customer Services.
The annual Poster Contest is sponsored by Clayton Visual Arts. Prints from the collection can be purchased by contacting Clayton Visual Arts President Dorothy Demboski at

The six pieces in the collection are: Dan Lee's "Morning Bridge" (2009); Doug Strickland's "Woman’s Club" (2007); Jo Johnson's "Lee’s Corner" (2002); Kizlena Ray's "Sam Robertson and Tractor" (2001); Jo Johnson's "Town Shoppe Center" (2000) and Kizlena Ray's "Clayton Water Tower" (1999).
