StationThe Clayton Police Department is located in the heart of Downtown Clayton at 201 South Barbour Street; business offices are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (except holidays).

Police protection is provided 24 hours a day / 365 days a year and is facilitated with the assistance of the Johnston County 911 Communications Center. Clayton is a "911" emergency services community; for ANY police response, dial 911.

This website is an example of how the Clayton Police Department can work proactively with the community to help prevent and deter crime and promote positive interactions between the police and those we are sworn to protect.
