At Mondo Roots, the group will be holding a fundraiser to raise money for our next student art project - they're selling the gorgeous hand-crafted Whimsical Birds, who have lived on the Sam's Branch Greenway for the past two years.  These colorful wooden creations designed and painted by Cooper Elementary, Powhatan Elementary, Clayton Middle and Clayton High School Students. will make a wonderful additions to your yard, garden or even inside your home!  Just $25, $50 or $75 and all the money goes right back into our next project inspiring young students to create amazing public art!

And PLEASE stop by and see our People's Choice winner from the 3rd Annual Clayton Sculpture Trail contest - Corey Lancaster!  His 6-foot tall "Fiddle Frog" which proudly stood in tuxedo and fiddle on the lawn of Hocutt-Ellington Memorial Library was carved with a chainsaw.
